Wills science project. coke and mentos!! I know its been done before. we had so much fun with it. we took over 100 pictures, used every kind of mento we could find we even used life savers with every kind of pop from grape to 7up and every one in between

Van and Tod, we were hiking to Queens Bath which happened to be my favorite place ever. It was a small snorkeling pool just off the ocean and surrounded by huge lava boulders. The best snorkeling.

This looks like I'm standing next to the ocean but it was a cliff with a 50 foot or so drop off I'm really not that close to the edge but it looks like it. The next picture is the drop off

These Hydrangeas are as large as dinner plates, I love hydrangeas we have a couple of plants at home that only get about 6 to 7 inches wide. This was taken on one our drives in the mountains of Kauai where they grow wild.

We just returned from Kauai, Hawaii, We had so much fun, it was hard to leave and we are ready to go back. We went with Tod and Kim, they had been before and loved it. Thanks to them for inviting us. It was a much needed vacation. I'm not the best at taking photos but here are some. Tod had a really nice camera and took ton's of photos and he will be sending them to us. I'll post some of those when they get here.

Here we are at a Luau at the Marriott. Wonderful food and show. Did you know that only the men were allowed to do the hula, I'm so glad that women are now allowed because it's kind of weird to see a man do it. Which we did see at the Luau. I should have taken a picture of him, quite funny.

this picture was taken from our back deck. looking out over the valley. the mountian in the back ground looks like a volcano. It's a mountian on the south end of Utah lake.
